Our 9-1-1 solutions have been in production since 2013. We can provide turn-key solutions including on-site hardware and deployments, while providing maintenance and monitoring remotely. ANI/ALI Controllers

Our high-availability ANI/ALI controllers integrate with standard Voice over IP (VOIP) solutions to turn them into Next-Generation 9-1-1 Public Safety Answering Points (NG-911 PSAPs).

Our most recent iteration of this product makes troubleshooting easier through auditing of ALI events after the fact, allowing problems in complex multi-vendor environments to be isolated to the correct vendor for further diagnosis. Integrated features allow for clear troubleshooting communications from dispatchers to local 9-1-1 managers, our technical support staff, and/or any other relevant stakeholders.

Local ALI Database Management

Our Automatic Location Information (ALI) database management products make troubleshooting easier by providing excellent change management and auditing capabilities. Our product processes NENA-compliant ALI update files. All changes to the database are logged; the database can easily be queried as it looked at any point in time. Changes to any single record over time can be viewed, allowing the origin of data errors to be pinpointed.

Our system automatically retains all original NENA update files provided to it. This enables multiple use cases, such as presenting the original update file that introduced erroneous data to the update provider, or to migrate away from our database management system.
